Calming Chamomile Tea

  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • 2 slices of lemon, cut in wedges
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 3 strawberries, stemmed and cut into quarters

METHOD

A little something to calm you after the hustle and bustle of the holidays. This delicious and refreshing sparking iced chamomile tea is naturally sweetened with strawberries and honey.

To Make: Steep tea in 2 cups of boiling water for 5-8 minutes. Then chill in fridge until cold. Next, pour chilled tea into Spärkel bottle. Add lemon, strawberrie, honey and water to fill line. Carbonate on desired level. Garnish with lemon and enjoy!
