Spärkel doesn't use CO2 tanks, has 5 bubbly levels to choose from and has the ability to carbonate more than just water!
can I make my own carbonators?
Only Spärkel Carbonators can be used with the Spärkel System. Using unapproved carbonator material will result in system deterioration, safety risks, and void the One Year Warranty.
Spärkel Carbonators may seem basic, but they are more intricate than they look. Each Spärkel Carbonator contains the specific volume and concentration of each ingredient need to generate enough CO2 for one bottle.

I enjoy being able to make my own healthy replacements for soda and sparkling water where I don’t have to worry about any secret unhealthy ingredients hidden anywhere. It’s easy to use and seems cheaper and easier than dealing with CO2 cartridges.
This machine works great. It’s a little noisy but quieter than a blender for sure.
I was so happy to get my sparkle and for the first 10 times it worked then the leaking started I never used anything but the proper carbonation packs and cleaned it after each use and flushed it every three and still it malfunctioned I wrote many many times over the past year to ask for help then finally for a replacement. They ignore me. Which sucks because I really really wanted this to work correctly. Now each time I use it I have a towel at the ready waiting for the leaking out the bottom to start. I followed all their advice and since my issue seemed to be unique to me they chose to ghost me.

Still experimenting, though so far adding 4-5 ice cubes on level 4 is what I so far prefer. Makes plain water so simply refreshing. Bottles are easy to clean with a baby bottle sponge cleaner.
I really like carbonating my own drinks. This is so much easier than using CO2 Bottles.
